iOS 18.1.1 update color scheme and icon issues. How do I change them back?

After the update, many of my icons, change their color and style, making it unpleasant to look at in difficult to read. Tried changing the style of individual icons, but the only options they’re giving me are to change the size. The color scheme seems to have changed making many backgrounds black or dark gray as well. I hate it. Does anybody know how to revert the icons, style, and color scheme this back to the way it was before? Thanks for your input.
