Incident Respose Text from 99354

Here’s the link I was sent via email. “Welcome to Accident Response. This phone number needs to register. Get started here. http://pgrs.in/app Text OPTOUT to opt out of alerts.”

I believe my phone already has Accident response capability. As when I had an accident previously, it notified EMS and Police, so I’m not sure why I’m getting this additional request.
