It was a mistake. I canceled the subscription 15 minutes later. The charge is showing on
my checking account overdrawing me. How can I get the charge stopped?

If you used Apple Pay, then you started the subscription directly with paramount and would need to cancel it with them directly and get a refund from them. Apple is not involved in those transactions at all.
If you started the subscription through the Paramount+ app on an Apple device, then Apple Pay is not involved at all, and you can cancel it by following the steps in the link below.
