Searching for open tabs in iPad Safari iOS 18 - where’s did the Search button go?

I just upgraded to the iOS 18. I have 100+ sites open on my Safari and when I used to touch the 2 overlapping squares on the top right of the screen there would be a search that I can find one of the open websites. However since the upgrade, I can’t seem to find it anywhere? (See what I now see when I do so.) I can’t scroll through all the sites until I find it as that would be inefficient. Any help on where it is would be greatly appreciated. I’m regretting upgrading it. Thanks in advance.

For iPadOS 18.x, with the opened tabs opened as shown, simply swipe-down to expose the Search Tabs dialogue...

Thank you!!! For me, I have to swipe through all my open tabs all the way to the top before the Search line shows up.

If anyone from Apple is viewing this conversation, can you please show the Search line as soon as we enter this because if we’re working at the very end of the website, we have to go all the way up before Search line shows up to look for another open website within this tab. Keep what you had in the last iOS, which was more efficient to use. Thanks.
