Truecaller sending messages to junk

just suddenly sending known contacts messages into junk box, how do I stop this?

Shut off Hard Fall series 4 but messages to emergency contacts have continued for over an hour. How to stop messages? Shut everything related to hard fall down & doing errand. Messages sent about new hard fall location at each errand location.

Delete & Report Junk in iPhone messaging is totally WORTHLESS! It doesn't work in SMS. iCloud mail does build a reasonable spam dbase. No where near as good as Thunderbird! As for Messaging. It's totally a POS! It accomplishes NOTHING. How come the richest company earth can't get this done? Please don't tell me to fight with T-Mobile. It's APPLE software and gear. Make it WORK!

You might want to contact the Truecaller app developer and tell them about it.

“Messages into junk box”? The iPhone Messages app does not contain or use a junk box.

UPDATE: Since seeing pogster’s response, I now understand Truecaller is an app and is relevant here. Please ignore my response.
