All troubleshooting efforts with AT&T have failed — Reset did not fix problem. All other devices connect to WiFi without issue.

Have you tried rebooting your router by removing all power from it for about 15 seconds?
Do you have MAC filtering (aka Access Control), which restricts use of the router to known devices, enabled on your router?
Does this problem occur with all Wi-Fi networks or just your home network?
Is AT&T your WiFi provider? Have you restarted your modem and router? Have you reset your network settings on your iPhone? Do you use a VPN, ever had VPN software or VPN profile on your device?
