iMac stuck in blank folder with question mark loop after Factory Resetting.

Tried to restore my computer to factor settings and now it is showing file with question mark -need to re-install mac os in order to be able to sell my computer back to apple and prove that it works. I have tried to restart but nothing happens but the same thing
