Bluetooth device names missing after update. Rename does not save.

I’ve just recently updated my iPad to 18.1.1 and all the Bluetooth device names reverted to their respective serial numbers. I refreshed the list by forgetting all devices, so I could see what device I wanted to pair.

I changed the names of a few devices whilst connected, but they always reverted back to the serial number after turning off and on Bluetooth and trying to reconnect.

Theres obviously been some changes that caused this in the new update, as this happened for the first time immediately after restarting after the update.

Does anyone have a fix for this yet please?
