Updated to 18 whatever and my iPhone 13 is a mess. I have lost addresses, emails, apps have changed appearance. It is a disaster.
I have tried everything to undo the update and I can’t do anything about it.

Hello~ Downgrading is not supported. Have you forced restarted your iPhone?

As far as apps changing…it happens. Progress waits on no one. Which apps are of concern?
