Is it possible to add RAM to a MacBook Pro (2017)?

I need more space to do the necessary updates. Is adding RAM a possibility?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

It is not possible to add RAM to that model MacBook Pro. The RAM is soldered onto the logic board.

But you said "need more space to do the necessary updates." That would indicate the problem is disk storage space, not RAM.

You could get an external drive and move data files from the internal drive to the external drive in order to free up space on your MBP's internal drive. It's easy enough to relocate the Photos Library, iTunes/Music Library, TV Library if you are using those apps (those libraries tend to get pretty big).
