Reduced Free Trial?

Some months ago I purchased a new Macbook pro. I was offered 3 month free trial for Apple TV. Didnt take it up at the time as dont watch much TV when working. Now I tried to claim the 3 month trial and offered only 7 days?

Why am I getting only 7 days free trial on my new MacBook’s Apple TV? I've just bought a new MacBook and I understood that there was a 3 month free trial for Apple TV that came with it. The offer expires if not claimed within three months. If it hasn't been that long, click here and ask Apple Support for assistance.
