carrier cor app not loading on iphone or ipad after new apple update

I can’t get an answer no matter who I talk to. Only told they are aware of IOS18 not working with the app but no ETA of when it is being fixed or if they plan to fix it. I strongly recommend staying away from Carrier units as there is no support
