I accidentally delete an app I need how can I get it back
I accidentally pushed the wrong button and deleted an app I need what can I do to get it and all the information with it back

You'll need to download the app from the App Store and restore a backup made before the app was deleted. Some apps store their data on the cloud so using a backup may not be necessary but it all depends on that app.
