My screen froze just after the update and even after restoring the ios and sacrificing the data it didnt work. I asked the service center and they said its hardware issue but in reality my phone is in a good and new state and no water damage as well, they have asked me to pay 27k and honestly I cant even afford it. Can someone help me here? My phone is iPhone 13.

Troubleshooting an Non-Responding Screen After an Update:
Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
Perform a Force Restart:

Frozen iPhone After an Update:

Assuming you visited an Authorized Apple Service Center, why should we not believe their assessment?
Your iPhone model was released by Apple three years ago. Hardware issues do occur.
So the service center guy told me that he isnt aware what has happened as after the restore also the device didnt respond. I told him that there is no damage the phone is in brand new condition no water damage nothing then all of a sudde just after the update how can my phone not work?
