Are the messages not going through when you send them? Or is the potential recipient, seeing an error message on their end? Provide a screenshot or two of what you are seeing. Go Here: Take a Screenshot on iPhone - Apple Support. IMPORTANT: Blank out personal information (i.e. namesand time) by covering it with red-colored rectangles and such.

B. Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging.

Are you being blocked by this recipient? Ask them if this is the case. The may have done so intermittently.
