I run with an apple watch SE and since 21st of November my VO2 MAX is suddenly no longer recorded.
I cant read it on health. I'm up to date with all new software. I have all privacy settings open.
Is there a way to reactivate the recording of VO2 Max?

What if you start the default "Walking Outdoors" workout instead?
Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

If this did not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:

To rule out a software issue, set it up as a new device, in case the backup contains damaged data.
Your Fitness data will still be saved in iCloud and synced back.
Do you have Bluetooth enabled on your watch and your iPhone?
Can you see your workout data in the Health App, if you start and complete the default "Walking Outdoors" workout?
