Hello just a quick question,
me and my friend have iPhone 13, she got hers 2 years ago, i just got mine, we noticed that screen is more wider on the one from 2 years ago, and its little heavier. Both authentic both iphone 13. So we just want to know if there’s different versions depending on country or what?

The answer is no. The iPhones should be identical. One is either counterfeit or had its screen replaced with a non Apple replacement screen. Sorry.

There are no "international" iPhones. They are manufactured for different regions, but the dimensions on two identical iPhone 13 phones should be the same.
Lobsterghost1 is correct. Two exact same models have the exact same screen. Your options are ones a counterfeit or ones had the screen replaced. The other option is they are different models.
