Cannot conduct a forced restart on my iPad since iOS 18.1.1 was installed.
My iPad will not charge and since the new 18.1.1 update was installed, I cannot conduct a forced restart. The apple help says to do this when your iPad won’t charge. The iPad is only 2 years old, it is an iPad Pro. Please advise.
