White screen issue on my iPhone 13 Pro

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

Force restart instructions for iPhones with iOS 16 (iPhone 8 or iPhone SE (2nd generation and later)

1. Press and quickly release Volume Up (on the left)

2. Press and quickly release Volume Down (on the left)

3. Press and hold the Side Button (on the right). Keep holding down the button until you see the Apple Logo appear after the phone restarts.

4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Force restart instructions for iPhone 7

1. Press and hold both the volume down button (on the left) and the Sleep/Wake button (on the right) at the same time. Keep holding down the buttons until you see the Apple Logo appear after the phone restarts.

2. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

Force restart instructions for iPhone 6s, or iPhone SE (1st generation)

1. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button (on the right or on top) and the Home button at the same time. Keep holding down the buttons until you see the Apple Logo appear after the phone restarts.

2. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
