Can't log in to Ring App: iPhone 16 with iOS 18.1
I bought a new iPhone16 Pro and ever since then the app will not let me log into
my Ring account. It just goes to a blank page where I can't fill
anything in. I called the Ring service number and the tech did try to
help. The main thing I hear over and over again is to turn off VPN.
Well, *I do NOT have VPN!* I have tried deleting and reinstalling the
Ring app. I have tried signing on with Wi-Fi. Or, just with the cell
signal. I've tried using different browsers. Turning cookie blocking off.
I have restarted my phone numerous times. None of these things have worked.
The app still works on my old iPad with the older software version.
Is anyone else having trouble with logging in to the Ring app on a new iPhone or with iOS 18.1?
