Trade in with Barclays not the same iPhone

Hi there

looking to trade in my iPhone pro 15 to get iPhone pro 16.

I bought my iPhone pro 15 with Barclays monthly payment

unfortunately last week I broke the front and rear screen of my iPhone 15 pro and my insurance sent me an other iPhone 15 pro refurbished.

Now I’m still able to do the trade in with Barclays not having the same serial number ?
