My camera icon no longer appears in Notes. I tried rebooting the iPhone, and then deleting notes. Neither of these things worked. How do I get the camera back?
I have iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 18.1.1

To get the camera icon in Notes to show, open a new note and click on the paper clip icon.

My camera icon within Notes disappeared on me. I use it to scan documents. I haven't been able to get the icon back, but discovered if you hold the note icon down it will give you an option to scan a document.
Are you starting a new note from the Notes folder in either iCloud or On My Mac?
Adding notes from third party companies such as Google, Yahoo, Exchange, Hotmail may not support the features found in Notes and the Camera icon will not appear.
