So I bought 3 Ipad 10th and there is gift card promotion $50. The apple seller don't mention or give me gift card at all. I just remembered when I get home. Why they don't give me gift card?

As Apple does not offer price matching, you evidently did not purchase your iPad directly from Apple.
Presumably your chosen retailer reduced their purchase price by the equivalent value of Apple's recent Black Friday offer. Whatever deal you received is between you and the retailer. Apple will not provide you with a Gift Card for anything purchased elsewhere.
