my left side airpod 2 not charging

tried resetting the device, still unable to connect and not charging eventhough i charge the case until 100%

iPhone XS, iOS 18

Is it also not charging when charging the case with the AirPods in it in a wall outlet? If so, you might need to set the airpod up for hardware service, please Contact - Official Apple Support to set that up
