I have enough storage. But When I am try to recording video on camera my phone asked me You do not have enough storage to record video. Free up space by deleting unneeded apps, videos, or music.
if I take photo or cinematic video I can’t face this problem.

Do you know the resolution and format you’re shooting? I’d try to free up at least 10GB of space.
I shoot mostly;
1080p HD at 60 FPS or
4K 30 FPS
Apple ProRes Log
10 minutes at 4K 30 FPS is about 3.5 GB.
How much memory should be free to take video
At this time iPhone storage 218.2 GB of 256 GB used . But I get just 4 min video recording
