Connecting an iPhone to MacBook Air using Bluetooth

Any fixes for connecting iPhone to a MacBook Air using Bluetooth? As with previous posts, it connects for a second then disconnects and I’m wondering if any new fixes have been found since earlier posts

No fixes will be available, as there no issue to fix. While there are many shared activities on Apple devices that require Bluetooth, those activities do not require pairing in the traditional sense.

Macs and iPhones normally work together using things like

  • iCloud
  • Connections to the same e-mail accounts (and associated calendars)
  • Continuity features
  • Manual synchronization (for loading music from your own CDs onto your iPhone)
