I had some issues with internet sharing so I updated to Sequoia believing it was a system issue.
Before the update, it kinda worked ( at least I could enable it) but now it seems that it has a problem with the Firewall I believe ( disable is not an option). " this service is currently unavailable"

The Builtin Apple Firewall could be configured to block
I don't think it's a Firewall but when I got to Sharing and pressed on internet sharing a pop-up appeared saying that the firewall is blocking it. but that was for a brief second I couldn't read it properly or screen shot it.
