New episode 11 of Yellowstone Not Showing in my Library

I purchased both parts of Yellowstone season 5. I’ve been watching the new episodes fine until 11. It’s not showing up on my Apple TV device. I can watch it on my iPad but would prefer not to. Any ideas as to why?

Can I download seasons or multiple episodes in one click on the Apple TV app? On the TV app on iPad and iPhone, I only seem to be able to download episodes one at a time by going to the show, selecting the three dots, then download. This is fine for a single episode at the gym, but when I want to pull an entire season or show for use during long flights and international trips without WiFi, it’s tedious and annoying to do, especially since one mistap plays the episode and screws up the “up next”on the Home Screen. On other media players, like Plex, there are options to download entire shows, seasons, or the next x number of unplayed episodes. Is there a way to do this on devices that I’m missing? Apple TV give me only a library with 3 selections now. What happened? I watched a movie on Apple TV+ last week but now cannot do a search of access anything but a 3item library- Supergirl and part one of 2 Dick Cavett tv shows. What has happened?
