I watched a movie on Apple TV+
last week but now cannot do a search of access anything but a 3item library- Supergirl and part one of 2 Dick Cavett tv shows. What has happened?

When your Library items do not load correctly, try signing out for this Apple ID on that device, then immediately sign back in again. That should freshly load what is linked to that account.
If instead this is about your Up Next list, then please indicate that. The above could help, but other issues might apply to make it different.
On what device is this happening? On your iPhone, or somewhere else?
