I want to cancel my NBA league pass subscription due to blocked location

I was deployed in United Nations Mission in South Sudan. My NBA league pass was renewed two days ago but I am not able to watch live games using League pass in this country due to South Sudan is included in black list. So I want to cancel my NBA league pass subscription and refund my payment. Could you resolve this metter to me?

We cannot cancel it for you. Go to settings> your name>subscriptions to end it

And you can always try to opt in for a refund:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
