Recent update appears to have broken the photos app. How do I see the “all photos” view I rely on? The view that shows every image added to the phone in chronological order with no sorting or exceptions other than not showing hidden? I will switch back to android if this is gone. Please tell me it’s not gone bc I hate android.

As muguy wrote - when you open photos, you will see in the upper part of the display the Library and below it the collections "Albums" etc. When you touch the display anywhere in the upper part, in the library section, and drag down, the collections below will vanish and be replaced by the tabs for "Years", "Months", "All Photos" and the button with the two arrows to change the sort order, add a filter, switch between the personal and the shared library. This is not very intuitive, but I hope I can get used to the hidden controls for the Library. It is annoying to have to scroll the library to make the controls appear.

All photos is your library and available when you open photos. Drag down from the top. You can change the sort order using the up/down arrow icon to display date added or date taken
