Can't Transfer Music to iPhone from PC Anymore

iTunes stopped working so I downloaded Apple Music on my Windows 11 Pro machine. It took in my large music library (mostly from ripped CDs) just fine. However, it's Christmas time and I want to transfer my Christmas music into my iPhone and I cannot find out any way to do that. I do not want to pay any money to continue using the Apple Music app to play my music but iTunes no longer works. How do I get my music collection into my iPhone now with this new Apple Music for Windows app?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18

OK, so it looks like the step of downloading and installing Apple Devices for Windows was a necessary step. I have since installed it and Apple TV so I now have Apple TV, Music and Devices applications installed on my Windows computer. I still can't seem to find a way to "drag and drop" a playlist from my Apple Music App (replaced iTunes) into my phone. Is that no long possible and now I can only use the "Sync" process which has to erase my entire library from my phone, only to put it back in and I press, "Sync?" I guess that's OK if it's just the first time, but really? I have to wait all that time?
