Unable to set time zone on my Apple Watch SE

Time zones on Apple Watch usually go automatically, they sync the time with your iPhone

if your iPhone is not on the internet and location services are turned off, you might need to set the time on your iPhone manually so that it can sync with your apple watch

1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
2. Install the latest software updates for your device:

• • Update iPhone or iPad
  • Update Apple Vision Pro

1. Turn on Set Automatically in Settings > General > Date & Time. This automatically sets your date and time based on your time zone. Is this setting dimmed?
2. If a message says that updated time zone information is available, restart your device and any paired Apple Watch.
3. Allow your device to use its current location to determine the correct time zone. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services and turn on Setting Time Zone.
