Why is my Apple Watch music playing slower than usual?

when i just use my apple watch ultra S1. music plays a bit slower. almost like its being forced to slow down the beats. how do i fix it to spead uo the beat count

How do I improve fast forward and rewind responsiveness on my Apple Watch SE while listening to something on my phone, the fast forward and reverse arrows on my watch have become very slow or unresponsive in “now playing”. Try and restart the watch to see if the issues persist
