iPhone 15 Pro Max Warranty Activation Issue After Purchase
My name is Abhishek. I am the Apple user from 11years from iPhone 3GS time I am using Apple products this is not my first Apple device. I bought Apple Watch Ultra 2 & iPhone 15pro max in the same month, watch warranty got update in Apple server but iPhone warranty showing as expired. As I am Apple fan & genuine customer from 11years I haven’t facing this kind of issue. Now I called to Apple customer care and their solution is we can’t do anything on this . This was disappointing. This Apple device might be my last device and I will never use any Apple device anymore. Because now I got cheated from Apple after purchasing the Apple product they are asking me to go back to the store where I purchased they clearly said that they can’t do anything regarding this issue and only option with Apple team . I never expected this from team Apple after providing the genuine bill copy still you people are not able to activate my warranty. As Apple customer care people asked me to take a back up and restore it right now I don’t have macbook to take a back up and restore so I went to the place where I purchased it and ask them to do it there I wasted my half a day because I had 256gb storage it has taken very long time still I kept patience reason is Apple will one up with proper solution, you people don’t have any idea in this 11years of my Apple journey how many people I have recommended in my family friends colleagues and others . If you people think that it is a loss for me definitely not it is a loss for Apple .
