Warranty Missing

Subject: Warranty Expired Despite Recent Activation

Message:

Hello,

I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro that was manufactured in April 2024 and activated in August 2024. However, when I check the warranty, it shows that it has already expired, which seems incorrect, as I understand the warranty should last for 12 months from the date of activation.

I’d like to confirm if this is a cause for concern and would appreciate your help in rectifying the warranty details so they reflect the correct expiration date.

Thank you for your assistance!

You didn't state where you "checked" the warranty. The 12 month statutory warranty starts from the original date of purchase (although it can be a few days later in some places if bought from the Apple online store for delivery to an address).

Use the page Check Your Service and Support Coverage to check the expiry date of your warranty.
