Do you mean the ones that "do not need immediate attention"?

You've indicated that your "Computer is too slow". But your EtreCheck report disagrees.

Those minor issues "may indicate future problems or opportunities for improvement." Let's go through those...

  • Making a backup is definitely an opportunity for improvement.
  • Crashing apps is another opportunity for improvement. However, EtreCheck is designed to optimize your overall computer experience. So the recommendation here is to update and/or remove the crashing apps. In this case these are "League of Legends" and "aldente-pro" by "apphousekitchen". But generally, for crashes on individual 3rd party apps, you'll need to contact the developer of those apps for relief.
  • Apps heavily using the CPU may be affecting performance. Again, the "League of Legends" and "CapCut" apps seem like top culprits. WhatsApp also seems to be a problem here. I've seen other people complain about WhatsApp. But apparently its developer is no longer supporting it. Your options are limited to removing the software or living with it. Sorry.
  • For unsigned files, you'll have to review those on your own. EtreCheck cares more about system modifications. Your unsigned apps are just apps. They aren't malicious. But they are likely something that may cause problems or won't work at some point in the future. Obtaining and properly maintaining an app signature is ridiculously easy. A developer who is having trouble with that likely has trouble elsewhere too.
  • Limited permissions just means that EtreCheck isn't able to see your Time Machine backup information.
  • Kernel extensions is pretty much what it says. That Logitech and Samsung software might not work at some point in the future. That might be tomorrow or in ten years.

Probably the biggest problem is with WhatsApp. Get rid of that and you should notice some improvement.

remove CleanMyMac and NEVER re-install it.

remove AppCleaner and NEVER re-install it.

remove SMC helper -- your Mac does not have an SMC

remove Samsung magician SSD drivers.

remove iBoySoft magic menu

install an up-to-date Logitech driver.

if you routinely have the Mac firewall turned on, turn it off when you are using a Router you control.

seeing mDNSresponer in the list of top network users suggests your computer may be spending too much time "talking on the phone", i.e., updating, syncing, checking for new content on the Internet.

seeing Oahd helper (the ahead-of-time compiler for Rosetta runtime) suggests you may be trying to run stuff that is Not up-to-date for your version of MacOS.

¿Have you checked your major Apps for most recent versions lately?

aldente is not needed, and yours is crashing. Apple battery health management is FAR better than something that crashes.

After you have fixed some of these, please post an updated report.

Be advised that merely uninstalling non-Apple "cleaning" apps is often insufficient to reverse the damage they are capable of inflicting upon a system. The reason is that they all such things are destructive in nature, and that destruction is permanent in the sense that erasing the Mac and reconfiguring it from the ground up is the most expedient solution.

Even though macOS itself is impervious to such damage, the damage they inflict can certainly affect your user space, including files required by "What's App" or any other product, to include files required by macOS itself. The observed effect will be poor performance, random crashes, increased battery drain... the whole litany of "my Mac is slow / hot / quickly runs out of charge". The possibilities are endless. Short of erasing the Mac the solution requires an exhaustive investigation and restoration of the affected files. This is an extremely tedious task and something I was able to determine only through extensive and time-consuming research.

Erase the Mac. Never install "CleanMyMac", or anything like it, ever again. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
