I just ran Etrecheck Pro on my new Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 system and received a very poor report. Am I able to share it with an individual in this community for any advice/assistance? Thank you!

Post the report using the Additional Text option when posting.
Have alerted those in the "know" about Etrecheck: Hopefully someone will read your report and reply.

You can post the report using the "additional text" button 3rd from right at the bottom. of the "reply" form.
