iPhone 13 iOS 18.1.1 scrolling, wallpaper, WhatsApp call issues

I have iPhone 13, updated to 18.1.1 iOS. I noticed 3 things; up & down scroll stuck sometimes.. the wallpaper turned to black.. the Whatsap call I can’t hear voices and the counter party get call rejected messages, while trying to close and open I get message “you can’t record voice while you’re talking”.. strange behaviors.. I force shut with problems, opened again.. still scroll stuck sometimes.. any similar cases? Thanks.
