PS Portal not connecting to my mobile hotspot

I’m trying to connect my ps Portal to my mobile hotspot on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m getting a connection error #0x83200111. It is showing connected to my phone but then it disconnects. Are you experiencing this with your mobile hotspot for the portal?
