Apple Watch Series 9 Messenger Login Issue After Phone Change and iOS Update

i recently change my phone, and connect my apple watch on my new phone as well as update the ios version both on the phone and the watch but until now the watch messenger is not working and say log in, while its already logged in.. i've done anything i can find on the net, uninstall and install it again, please help
