Can’t deactivate activation lock on Apple watch

If you found a watch, it is not meant for you to use it, Acitvation lock is a theft deterrent system for a reason and when you're not the original owner, apple won't help you remove the lock

Please hand in the watch at the municipal lost and found office or at the local police station
