How to remove unwanted bluetooth devices on my iPhone 14 Plus?

TY_HS_STACK & TY appeared on my iPhone when the Bluetooth is enabled. I cannot remove the device(s) they disappear when I shut my Bluetooth off & ultimately reappear. sometimes I am unable to & perform normal operating of my iPhone.

I have changed the username and password with Verizon and reset my router.

P.S. - I'm not entirely sure how things work in the case of hearing aids, or other wireless devices that have their own apps. If you have any device that matches that description (wireless, has its own app), you could try checking and seeing if maybe it was the source of the TY or TY_HS_STACK connections.

Someone in the following thread said that "if you have TUYA on your phone, the TY Bluetooth network shows up" … sounds like this TUYA thing is related to "smart home" devices like lightbulbs, remote-controlled cat feeders, etc. – some of which might be branded by other manufacturers even if they are controlled by the TUYA app.

The thread also describes the "automatic connection" / "cannot disconnect" behavior that you seem to be seeing. I guess if you let the app set up things, the app is keeping the pairing in force …

You should be able to unpair these Bluetooth devices. This will not make them disappear from the list of devices; the phone will always list Bluetooth devices within range if they are available for pairing. But it should move them from the "My Devices" list to the other list.

As for resetting your router, that is unlikely to stop these devices from appearing. Home routers typically connect between something like a cable Internet TV connection (on the WAN side) and Wi-Fi and Ethernet devices (on the LAN side). They don't play a role in relaying Bluetooth signals, so if you shut your router off, you would lose your Wi-Fi Internet connection but would see no change in the list of Bluetooth devices.
