Refund not received for Duolingo subscription

the problem is this. I mistakenly bought a subscription for a year, the money was debited and I immediately issued a refund. A day later, the status of my request was “your request has been completed. The funds have been returned.” but the money did not come back to the card. what to do?

If it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
