MAC Laptop purchase not setup with installments

I purchased a MAC laptop paid with my Apple Card it and it was not setup with payment installments. I am not sure why and can I fix that?

Where did you purchase it? If you didn't purchase at Apple.com/store or an Apple Retail Store it’s not eligible for ACMI (Apple Card Monthly Installments).


You need to request it when purchasing in store or watch your device as you checkout and pay in store. The offer to pay via installments appears on your screen. A similar process works when purchased online.


Apple Card - Monthly Installments - Apple


You can request that your purchase be converted to ACMI if done shortly after the purchase. Please call an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank to request a conversion to ACMI.
