When I am using an app for a game on three different devices is there a setting that will allow me to be at the same place in the game on all three devices

If there is a setting for this, it will be provided in the game itself. It would be up the app developers for the game to include....or not include....a feature like this.
Apple would not be involved.
Maybe if you could tell us the name of the game, another user who is familiar with the game could help.
