iOS 18 bug ?forms

I have been trying in vain to re- tax my car through the Gov.uk website. As soon as the application form shows up on screen it is immediately replaced by a page of text which doesn’t allow any input

i have noticed this happening on various sites but it doesn’t happen on an older iPhone of mine
