I have three screens on my iPhone (15 Pro, 18.1.1) populated with app icons and widgets and at the bottom of the screens are the three dots that correspond accordingly. But if I continue to swipe left I come to a fourth screen with blurred wallpaper. Long pressing on it brings up edit but this screen is not represented along with the others. What is this page for?

Yes, swiping fully right opens the app drawer which would be a fourth screen but of course it is uneditable. So swiping fully left I have the blurry screen, one swipe right is an editable screen with widgets, next swipe right is a screen with widgets, then another swipe right to view my frequently used apps and finally the fourth swipe opens the uneditable app drawer.
