Is it normal to have slightly tingling effects on the side border of my iPhone 13 my charger and cable are original apple products,has anyone facing the same?and also want to add my other phones don’t give this tingling effect while charging in the same socket

I’ve tried my other android phones in the same socket but I don’t feel anything on those phones, my main concern is will it damage my iPhone?
Yes I tried with my own charger and own cable on my frnds room and it’s not giving the tingling effect,if I continue to charge like this will my iPhone get damaged? Or is it normal ?
