Over 70% of your battery is being used by third party (non-Apple) but many of them are not fully optimized for iOS 18. Instagram, Threads (both by Meta — parent of Facebook) are notoriously bad at battery life. Stop using Instagram for a few days and battery life will improve a lot.
But over all it looks pretty good. Follow the tips for charging posted earlier and you should get fine.

It's surprising that this never happened before, considering my app usage is consistent. But after updating to iOS 18, my battery is draining so fast it's almost like watching it melt🫠
